Dr. Charles Franklin Gary, Jr.

Dr. Charles Franklin Gary, Jr. is the Founder and President of Inspirit Education, a leadership and professional development organization focused on building high-performing individuals and organizations across global markets.

Dr. Gary holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Purdue University, along with a Master of Science in Education with certification in counseling. He began his career advising and coaching individuals through complex academic, professional, and personal decision-making, building a foundation that continues to inform his leadership development work today.

He earned dual undergraduate degrees—a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication—from the University of Illinois, where he also served as Captain of the collegiate wrestling team, demonstrating early leadership in high-performance environments.

Dr. Gary currently leads leadership development initiatives at Saudi Aramco, the world’s leading integrated energy and chemical company. In this role, he designs and delivers programs that support the growth of more than 1,200 professionals annually, spanning multiple disciplines, nationalities, and leadership levels. His work integrates proven leadership frameworks, coaching methodologies, and applied learning strategies to drive measurable performance and leadership effectiveness.

In parallel with his corporate leadership work, Dr. Gary has held senior leadership roles across higher education institutions in the United States and the Middle East, including Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs, Director of Athletics, Director of Campus Life, and Counseling Coordinator. He has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member, contributing to curriculum design and executive education.

As a global consultant, Dr. Gary partners with organizations throughout the Middle East and Africa, designing and facilitating leadership programs aligned with organizational strategy, cultural context, and workforce development goals.

Dr. Gary’s approach is practical, data-informed, and people-centered. He combines business acumen with coaching and instructional expertise to help leaders build clarity, accountability, and sustainable performance. His work emphasizes self-awareness, decision-making, and leadership presence—capabilities essential for success in complex, global organizations.
